accommodation
Equipped to the highest standard, the full height sleeping quarters are insulated for warmth and have thermostatically controlled heating. Supplementary warmth e.g. heated bed/pad is also available for any cat in need of a little extra comfort.
bedding & toys
Comfy beds and bedding are provided but you are encouraged to bring your cats own sleeping basket and/or blanket as familiar smells will help your cat settle in.
You are also welcome to bring any favourite toys although we do provide your cat with an individual toy box for this and future stays with us.
entertainment & relaxation
The suites all look out into a beautiful garden setting with planting to attract insects and tables/feeders for the birds. Mobiles and wind chimes provide additional interest. As well as enjoying the birdsong against a background of water softly splashing into the fishpond we also play relaxing music or the radio to the cats for periods throughout the day.
Scratching posts are provided in each suite and play/activity sessions, including grooming and massage, take place each day according to your cats needs.
We offer a selection of catnip; fresh, dried and bubbles for your cats pleasure.
dining
We will prepare your cats favourite wet and/or dry food. With your permission, we also offer daily fish and meat treats with each meal.
Special diets are catered for, normally at no extra cost, and although prescription diets can be maintained during your cats stay with us please bring this food with you.
Regular mealtimes are adhered to. Adult cats are fed twice a day whereas kittens, seniors and special needs are fed according to their requirements.
A pot of cat grass in each suite provides essential greenery.
