booking and payment
- First time bookings are subject to a deposit of £10.00 per cat with the balance payable on collection of your cat.
- For repeat bookings payment is to be made on collection of your cat.
- We only accept cash or cheque covered by a valid cheque guarantee card.
- We offer a discount for long-term boarders (over one month) and welcome payment on a monthly basis.
- At Easter, Christmas and New Year the minimum booking is equivalent to 5 days boarding fee. At all other times a minimum boarding fee of £25 applies.
- Deposits are non-refundable and there are no reductions if you collect your cat early.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked arrival date are subject to payment of the full boarding fee or £25 whichever is the greater.

For the security of our guests and convenience of our customers, visitors to the cattery are welcome by appointment.
